At Compacco, we use all new state of the art automatic thermoforming machines in our production lines.  This set up will ensure good and consistent quality of our products to serve all our customers

Our plastic product design capabilities are unmatched when it comes to thermoforming. Our difference is truly being your partner with everything in-house and both heavy and thin gauge thermoforming. We work with customers who have a fully formed idea drawn out, and we also work with customers who have a bar napkin drawing, or a loose concept of what they’re looking for. Either way, our expert design engineers can bring your concept to a completed CAD file with all your project requirements accounted for. Since the beginning, Compacco Technologies’ commitment to the environment has focused on a corporate philosophy of Reduce-Reuse-Recycle to reduce our corporate carbon footprint and help our customers meet their sustainability and environmental objectives.   Our unique global manufacturing footprint allows you to reduce CO2 emissions by having parts produced locally.

Our superior design process provides you with packages that optimize functional performance, minimize material usage, reduce costs, and meet new standards.

Compacco Technologies is committed to the development and pre-qualification of new materials and processes to support your needs. Through extensive R&D efforts—we’re helping customers identify acceptable and/or environmentally friendly new materials (where appropriate) such as:

  • Closed-loop recycling (recycling of customer scrap into functionally reusable material)
  • Use of commercially available compostable and bio-based materials
  • We use Compacco Technologies Returnable Containers to enhance product protection, minimize packaging dunnage, eliminate wood skids, and improve freight efficiencies by double stacking skids in a trailer.

All Compacco Technologies packaging and packaging processes are RoHS compliant and contain no lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls or polybrominated diphenyl ethers.
