  • Various kinds of thermoplastic sheets with single side heating, such as PVC, PET, PS, PP, OPS, PLA and coated PVC can be used as molding materials.

  • The upper mold is equipped with a supporting bracket that helps to upgrade mold closing and mold releasing operations.

Material Releasing Device
  • Air Cylinder Drive:
    Smooth material feed and accurate feed length. In case over-length of feed occurs, material will retract automatically to eliminate damage to the material.
  • Motor Drive:
    Smooth material feed and accurate feed length. In case over-length of feed occurs, material will retract automatically for safety protection.

  • Air Cooling:
    The use of high-speed fan combined with optimal air blowing angle design to upgrade heat dissipation efficiency.
  • Wide Angle Spray Type Cooling:
    This cooling method utilizes a spray gun. Available to select fixed or moving types.
  • Mold Cooling:
    Designed with two water channels for high cooling efficiency.
  • The digital temperature control cabinet features a touchscreen interface that allows the operator to operate and save data easily.
  • Employ a dual voltage meter to accurately control voltage output to the heater tube.
  • PID temperature control provides a stable temperature control to within plus minus 5 Celsius

Technical Special Features
